Can I make changes to the floor plans?

Yes, you can make changes to your floor plan. We have always allowed our purchasers to customize our plans to meet their needs. However, all changes must be approved by us to ensure that they will meet site and structural requirements.

Can I make site visits to the house during construction?

Of course! We love to show clients their project at each step, outlining the quality and making sure everyone is happy along the way. Feel free to contact your sales representative to schedule a visit to your build whenever you would like. 

What do I need to bring at the first visit?

For your first meeting were happy to start with just an idea or a full pre-planned build. We have the resources to assist on any type of build, from finding buildable lots of land, to acquiring financing for your project. JMD Global is here to help along the way.
